Vineyard Ride 2018
It is with great regret that we must cancel this years Vineyard ride. All checks will be refunded and everyone will be provided priority registration next year. Unfortunately while everyone involved was communicating well and there was no reason to anticipate a problem; once the route was physically checked yesterday, it was discovered that substantial fencing has blocked the route in two places preventing us access to the vineyards. Please know we made effort to see if we could salvage the ride with an alternate route. One landowner has pledged that he is willing to make sure he will create access for us next year- a generous gesture on his part. Another blockade, not evident at all, will also be addressed. We hope that all continue to have the good spirit that characterizes this beloved annual tradition and help us through this disappointment. We will start working for 2019. Thank you for your understanding.
